Tesla Model 3 sold out in Europe, users have to wait up to 9 months for delivery

Just over a month has passed since 2022, and Tesla has almost sold out the Model 3 production and supply to Europe for the rest of the year, mainly the entry-level models and the long-range version. The Performance version can be delivered in May.

Now, there is a nine-month wait to place an order for the two models without the optional interior, which means that the vehicles will not be delivered until November of this year. Prospective owners who are willing to pay for an extra trim option (I tried the trim option, any option) can get it delivered in August, 3 months shorter.

Judging from the latest sales in Europe, Tesla's sales performance will remain in high demand after 2022. These long wait times are not surprising given the popularity of EVs in Europe.

Sales of the Tesla Model 3 in Europe have been strong, and the only factor limiting its growth is Tesla's vehicle manufacturing capabilities. But once Tesla's Berlin plant is in production, users may prefer to buy the Model Y produced here rather than wait for the 6-9 months for the Model 3 to arrive.
